Before returning any items or contacting us please make sure it meets the criteria below.

IF YOU WISH TO RETURN A PRODUCT, YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST HERE. 

WE WILL THEN ADVISE YOU ON THE NEXT STEPS.

We're happy to exchange any products within 20 days for any of the following:

We have posted you the wrong item

The item you received is damaged upon arrival

You have ordered the wrong size.

If you have ordered the wrong size a £4 postage fee will be required.

We quality check each item to make sure it's in perfect condition before we send it out. If we find theres a problem with a product, and it's the last in stock we will contact you to arrange a refund as we refuse to send out faulty goods.

When sending back items please leave a note inside with the following:

Your Name

Address

Order Number

Proof of Original Payment

A brief description of the problem with item

When returning the item, it MUST be in BRAND NEW condition, excluding any damage you are reporting, and you will also have to pay the postage to get the item to us, once we have received the item we will continue the exchange.

If the item does not meet these criteria when it gets to us, we will not replace or exchange it and you will be responsible for the postage fee if you want the item returned to you.
